What We Seek To Do For You:

We are a principle in the purchasing of a variety of note investment opportunities. When we give a quote for pools of assets, the funds will be available for a prompt close.

What we can do is purchase the entire or partial portion of the note(s) you have in your inventory.  We seek a mutually satisfying working relationship where we provide a professional, value added benefit to you. 

Category of Notes we most Successfully Acquire:

• Residential and Commercial assets
• We purchase firsts and seconds position notes, secured and unsecured
• We prefer performing notes but will consider some non-performing loans.
• Large or small pools of notes

Portfolio size: although we may start with an individual asset in order to build confidence with our business relationship, we will pursue note pools with values between $5 - $30 million dollars.

Collateral type: - we are most interested in single-family residents.  We will also consider some land, multiple family and commercial properties.


Type Accounts We Aggressively Buy:

·         We are most interested in owner occupied properties that are performing.

·         Performing bankruptcies where we can see some level of a pay pattern.  Non-performing bankruptcies are of little interest to our company.

·         We have an interest in bulk notes of REO’s / ORE’s that have not been widely distributed and are held by the original lender.
